After successfully installing and launching vSphere, log in to vSphere console and create default new Solaris 10 32bit profile:

P.S.: in my case the vSphere and default Solaris 10 x86 32bit installation were already done by responsible Engineer, therefore I not providing here details about its installation but continue to show how to right configuring VM guest for installation begin.
